HARRISON SCHOOLS

In Feburary 2019, RBA took over the construction of a $3M classroom addition at the Harrison Ave Elementary School for a Surety company managing the default of a bonded, bankrupt General Contractor. The project consisted of a 6300 sf set of additions to an operating elementary school- a cafeteria addition and a new classroom wing. RBA completed foundations, masonry, nishes, sitework, struc-ture and roong to turn over a completed project by May 31, 2019 (4 months).

Additionally, RBA completed punch list and exterior landscaping completion work for the same contractor at the Harrison High School.
