Mr. Baird is the founder and owner of RBA Management. He has over 20 years experience in facility and construction management experience. He has successfully managed over $3 million in disaster recovery projects and over $100 million in school, residential and utility infrastructure projects. He has implemented quality, maintenance, safety and capital programs for over 20 million square feet of facilities.

MARTIN BRACKEN
Construction Manager, Site Superintendent

With 35 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, Martin brings a reality- based approach to all levels of the construction process. His career as a foreman, carpenter, supervisor and superintendent for over a billion dollars’ worth of construction proves to be the basis for his attention to detail and his comprehensive planning style. His on-site command of logistics, combined with his extensive experience working on fast-track projects, completing dicult projects and assisting surety companies in the completion of projects in distress, make him a vital part of the RBA team.

DENIS SHANNON

Mr. Shannon is a project executive with over 30 years in the construction business. As the owner of a multimillion dollar masonry company, Mr. Shannon constructed mason-ry structures, fascades, foundations and slabs for NYC public schools, private develop-ments, large institutional projects, etc. Mr. Shannon’s meticulous attention to detail adds value to every project he is associated with.

ANTHONY LAPPIN

Mr. Lappin is an experienced project site superintendent with over 20 years in direct labor and supervisory experience. He has managed crews of over 150 people on a single jobsite, managed logistics, move in, deliveries, and a large labor crew. Mr. Lappin drives projects to be completed quickly and in a quality manner.

Mr. Ogurtsov is an experienced project site superintendent with over 20 years experi-ence as a carpenter, foreman and site super. His detailed knowledge of construction details and persistence allows him to ensure the delivery of a top quality building.
